Houston Dynamo 2-1 Chicago Fire
Dwayne De Rosario and Brian Mullan scored and Pat Onstad made five saves to lead the Houston Dynamo to a 2-1 win over the Chicago Fire on Sunday night. De Rosario and Mullan erased an early 1-0 deficit as Houston increased its lead in the Western Conference standings to three points over Real Salt Lake. The Dynamo fell behind early on Brian McBride's first goal since joining the Fire after the Olympics.
