Riquelme completes Boca move

Redknapp denies corruption allegations
Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp, who was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a police inquiry into alleged corruption in football, has said that it "doesn't directly concern" him. Redknapp was one of a group of five men arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and false accounting.

Bundesliga Roundup, Dec. 2
A goal by Franck Ribery helped lift Bayern Munich back into first place in the Bundesliga with a 1-0 win Sunday against Arminia Bielefeld. In a match played in heavy rain, Ribery scored in the 22nd minute to give Bayern a one-point lead over Werder Bremen, which beat title rival Hamburger SV 2-1 on Saturday. Werder's victory had bumped Bayern from first place for the first time this season.

Premier League Roundup, Dec. 2
PL Roundup: Liverpool moved up to third place on Sunday with a 4-0 win over Bolton while Birmingham edged Spurs 3-2.
