Pumas replace Sanchez with Miguel Espana
Pumas UNAM appointed former Mexican national team forward Miguel Espana as its new coach Wednesday, replacing Hugo Sanchez a day after the ex-Real Madrid hero was fired. Espana, who played in the World Cup, has been a coach in Pumas' reserve system. He assumes control over a Mexican first-division side in last place in Group 2 with 13 points and the third-worst record in the league.
