Substitute Cristiano Lucarelli scored on a tap-in in the 83rd minute as undermanned Italy rallied to tie Serbia and Montenegro 1-1 Wednesday in a wild exhibition game. Italy was reduced to 10 men in the 31st minute when Juventus midfielder Manuele Blasi was sent off for a second yellow card, both for tripping.
